As I stepped off my flight and made my way through Suvarnbhumi Airport in Bangkok, I couldn’t help but feel excited about my upcoming stay at Chiva Som. I had heard so much about this wellness center and was eager to experience it for myself.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly airport representative holding a Chiva-Som signboard at Zone B, the revolving door number 5. After a warm welcome, I was guided to a luxurious limousine that would take me to the resort.
When I arrived at the Chiva-Som Lobby, I was informed that an ATK test was required upon arrival. Thankfully, I had secured a negative RT-PCR test result within 48 hours before check-in, which was also acceptable. I appreciated the extra measures Chiva-Som was taking to ensure the safety and health of its guests.
The next day, I attended a Health and Wellness Consultation at the Health & Wellness Centre. The consultation was insightful and helped me understand my body’s needs better. Later in the day, I joined the “Meet with Wellness Expert” tour and learned in-depth information about the resort facilities and showrooms from the wellness experts.
The following day, I was looking forward to visiting the Krailart Niwate Mangrove Preservation Project and Chiva-Som’s organic garden. The tour was led by Teerawat, the Assistant Sustainability Manager, and Sommai, the Ground & Landscape Manager, respectively. I was impressed with Chiva-Som’s commitment to sustainability, and the tour was an excellent opportunity to learn about their efforts in environmental conservation.
After a day of exploration, I enjoyed dinner at the Taste of Siam restaurant with the Marketing Communication Team. The food was delicious, and the conversation was enjoyable.
For the next two days, I enjoyed my wellness retreat at the resort. Chiva-Som offered an array of wellness programs and activities that catered to different needs and preferences. I spent my time attending yoga classes, meditation sessions, and relaxing by the pool.
On my final day, I checked out from the resort and bid farewell to the staff who had made my stay so memorable. Overall, my experience at Chiva-Som was exceptional. The resort’s commitment to wellness and sustainability was evident in every aspect of my stay, from the tours to the wellness programs and facilities. I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired to make positive changes in my lifestyle.
